Kohala Waterfalls 12/2009
Just before Christmas, we enjoyed a wonderful tour and hike through the Kohala waterfalls, former plantations, old farm, bridges, canals, and amazing views. Getting to see that side of the island was extra special. And it was something the whole family enjoyed, ages 19 through 50s.
But what made the day most memorable was the pleasure of hearing Danny talk about his home island and his enthusiasm and joy in living there. He was such a positive and happy person with wonderful stories. Christina joined the tour as well and added even more insights and history. The two together were a lot of fun and it was obvious that they shared a deep passion for Hawaii. So, I just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed and appreciated Danny and Christina.
